Jules has created Urban Co-Living with her sister Sharon Waring. Together they are passionate about creating inspirational co-living spaces that encourage a sense of community and social interaction in this changing landscape of the rental sector. Our vision is to deliver a product for the needs of today’s millennial generation within pre-set budgets, whilst enhancing the local environment. At Urban Co-Living we challenge the status quo and create social environments, so communities can thrive. Jules was previously in the fashion industry for 27years, being the creative lead for brand giants Nike, Umbro and Ellese. Then successfully grew 2 brands, distributing globally. Jules brings a wealth of experience to her property project utilising her excellent project management skills, her project power team and her creative vision.

Anna adds value to any property by applying current industry insight to maximise profit. She is a Chartered Surveyor and member of the RICS. With over 11 years industry experience and a lifetime of first hand experience, she provides first class advice both on the financial and technical aspects of a building/project. Anna manages any development with a firm hand on the overall commercial strategy. She is engaged in all aspects of a development’s lifecycle from sourcing the right opportunity to moving it on or letting, at maximum value. Having the right contacts, Anna can deliver a complete service that gets results. Inspired by his 22 years in the Banking and Property Finance sector, Chris created Bespoke Property Finance Consultants in 2016, with the aim of helping property investors and developers manage all aspects of the funding process, from sourcing finance, and managing the transaction through to completion, to ensuring that the lender’s post-drawdown requirements are satisfied. We put the borrower in control, ensuring they have a full understanding of the facilities granted by the lender, whilst ensuring the ongoing requirements of the lender are met.

We are not a traditional Finance Broker, we are Property Finance Consultants. Linda is Town Planning Consultant, Writer, Key Note Speaker and Director/Owner of PLANiTWRiGHT Ltd – independent Planning Consultancy and Development Service. She has enjoyed a successful 35-year career in planning in both the public and private sectors – with the result that she has usually seen most planning problems before. Her insight into the planning system has been described as ‘invaluable’. In 2010 Linda formed PLANiTWRiGHT to offer professional advice to clients.

Linda says ‘I am delighted to be able to provide a practical and cost effective service to get the planning results my clients deserve.’ Linda has obtained planning permission for a wide variety of clients and proposals nationwide including Green Belt sites, new residential developments, Listed Buildings and Conservation Area sites, change of use to HMOs, student accommodation, commercial, industrial and agricultural. As the owner of the business you can expect a proactive and personal service from Linda as well as her wider network of associates and other development professionals including, solicitors, architects, surveyors and of course Council planners. Whatever the reason Linda draws upon her wealth of experience and common sense approach to guide clients through the complexities of the planning system, helping to achieve the desired goal. The USP on her CV is that she worked for several years as a senior planner for the Government on the island of Bermuda.
