Emmaus Salford
Emmaus Salford was established in 2007. Emmaus is a charity that supports people who have been homeless by providing them with a place to stay and with meaningful work in a community setting.
Emmaus Salford has a thriving retail business, and has also recently opened a ‘social supermarket’ called Lucie’s Pantry. The shops provide good quality furniture and household goods to the local community, and actively undertakes social and environmental initiatives, including recycling, house clearances and community services.
